now consider the new European 3 year
degree program as equivalent to a US
Bachelor degree.

issued by the United States Office of
Personnel Management on Monday,
January 31, 2005, and applies to the
use of foreign degrees by

applicants must submit all necessary
documents to a
private U.S. organization that
specializes in interpretation of
foreign educational credentials,
commonly called a Credential
Evaluation Service". AUAP
qualifies !
- It seems that since
2008 a 'Course per course"
evaluation is required from Green
Cards applicants.
